As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
Achieve your fitness goals with flexible, results-focused personal training packages designed to fit your lifestyle. Each session is 30 minutes or 45 minutes, providing the perfect balance of efficiency and effectiveness. Choose the package that works best for you
Our personal training packages are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You simply pay upfront for the number of sessions you’d like for the month. Once you’ve completed your sessions, you’re free to continue with a new package or pause—no need to cancel or opt out. If you don’t purchase a new package, no further commitment is required .

Training sessions can be held at various locations based on your preference and convenience. Options include your home, a gym facility, outdoors in a local park, or in the gym of your apartment building if available.
Each training session is tailored to your specific goals and fitness level. Expect a combination of cardio, strength training, flexibility exercises, and personalized coaching to push you towards your goals while ensuring proper form and technique.
Pete works with clients of all fitness levels and backgrounds, including beginners, athletes, and seniors. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and abilities.
